We’ll discuss changes & additions; you approve proceeding with the works, sign the contract & pay a deposit (timeline & start date is arranged)
Plans are submitted to council & approval is obtained in line with building regulations & legislation.
Construction & Handover
Whether we’re building a new home, renovating or adding an extension, once plans have been approved, you can expect:

We’ll carry out a detailed inspection with you & ensure any incomplete works are rectified before you move in (third party inspections also take place).
