Enquiry, free onsite consultation & inspection – to understand your requirements & discuss construction options
Design – with your ideas in mind, we bring in a team of expert drafters, architects & structural engineers to finalise a design plan
Quotation – we prepare & present a cost analysis for siteworks & inclusions
Tender acceptance, deposit & contract signing – we’ll discuss changes & additions; you approve proceeding with the works, sign the contract & pay a deposit (timeline & start date is arranged)
Obtaining permits – plans are submitted to council & approval is obtained in line with building regulations & legislation

Construction to commence – this will involve regular updates & site meetings to monitor the progress of your build
